Call her even if you think you have a better price because you may not be insured properly. She will review your current quote and honestly let you know if it’s a good policy or not. Less is not always best.
Ms. Thomas is my agent and I'm so glad we met! She's attentive to my needs. Even recommended I bundle all my insurances to get as much discount as I could. Unfortunately the quotes were higher due to my claim history but she didn't give up. When I call she answers and if she's assisting someone she always call back. It seems she works alone in the south hill office so I do recommend getting another agent in with her..
