We are both honored and delighted that our policyholders have named American Modern one of Americas Best-In-State Insurance Companies, said Andreas Kleiner, President and Chief Executive Officer, American Modern. As a specialty insurance carrier that is not as widely known amongst consumers as standard carriers, this recognition means a lot to us. We also have our agency distribution partners to thank for this award, as they routinely recommend us to their customers for our exceptional insurance products and services.
Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to produce the magazine's first annual ranking of the best insurance companies in each state, recognizing companies for five different insurance products: Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Term Life, and Permanent Life Insurance. Customers were surveyed for their opinions on their insurance relationships and were asked to evaluate insurance products based on financial advice, customer service, price-performance ratio, transparency, and damage/benefit service.
